Establish integrated work teams to facilitate support of the contractual committed dates and leverage cross-functional synergies as part of the business merger to ensure consistent product quality & service standards and regulatory compliance.
Peritius successfully helped establish timeline to integrate cross-functional requirements covering key integration areas of application and adoption of regulatory licensure for conducting business in all states, including implementation of regulatory and safety programs required to conduct business, establishment of a qualified, trained field service organization to support the business transition. The program also helped with the establishment of a supply chain to procure and supply parts for the acquired business and establishment of cross company order processes to support customer requirements for equipment installation and repairs.
As a direct result of this project, the transition of nationwide services and exclusive parts for a new modality in the medical repairs business was completed. It also enabled the expansion of organizational capabilities in new products and services and created the basis for the footprint for future acquisitions.
