TRANSFORMATION
Peritius successfully helped establish a timeline to integrate cross-functional requirements covering key integration areas of application and adoption of regulatory licensure for conducting business in all states. This included implementation of regulatory and safety programs required to conduct business and the formation of a qualified, trained field service organization to support the business transition. The program helped with the establishment of a supply chain to procure and supply parts for the acquired business. Additionally, cross-company order processes were created to support customer requirements for equipment installation and repairs.
RESULT
As a direct result of this project, the transition of nationwide services and exclusive parts for a new modality in the medical repairs business was completed. It also enabled the expansion of organizational capabilities in new products and services while creating the foundation for future acquisitions.
