Before she founded Peritius in 1989, Laura Dribin was a management consultant for big five consulting firms and Microsoft Corporation. She provided hands-on leadership, guiding project teams through complex initiatives and improving organizations’ project management competencies.

Laura scored many successes in her career, but saw too many projects limp across or flat-out fail to cross the finish line. She realized how often complex initiatives got caught up in the process of checking all their own boxes. People forgot what they were working toward in the end.

But Laura didn’t. She created Peritius, a professional consulting firm, to flip that trend and deliver more organizations to success over that finish line.

For decades, Laura has been innovating the art of delivery and been at the forefront of creating new ways to drive organizations from strategy to outcomes. Known for her practical approach to problem solving, Laura believes any project can be successfully delivered with the right mix of mechanics and soft skills.
