Strategy
Eliminate siloed departments in order to successfully implement the first enterprise web-to-store initiative for a Fortune 500 retailer.

Transformation
As program manager, Peritius defined the project management process to support this enterprise initiative while mentoring an internal project manager. At the end of the engagement, Peritius helped transition the internal project manager to the program manager role. Prior to this initiative, our client had never worked together as an organization on an enterprise initiative.

There were many cultural and political issues to be addressed. Prior to hiring Peritius, the client was required to do an exhaustive search for a program manager through their list of large preferred vendors. Peritius was hired after discovering that the other vendors did not have the same program management skill set.
